Our kitchen runs very traditionally with meat ageing, butchery and fishmongery skillfully handled on site. Bread is made daily and we use the very finest British shellfish, the best free range quails & chickens, properly-hung game, unparalleled day boat fish from the Helford under 10m fleet, beautiful vegetables, herbs and the fruits of woodland and hedgerow foraging.
This sets the tone for our menu, which works alongside a very personal wine list of 250 Old World favourites and outstanding New World additions.
